When is the cottage available?

May, June, July, August and September on a weekly basis. Fall, winter and spring on a monthly basis.

When should we book our reservation?

Prime summer weeks go quickly. Previous year's renter are offered first option to rebook the cottage during the months of January. Starting on February 15th we open up all available weeks for general reservations.

What is the rate for renting the cottage?

Weekly rates start at $1,025/week.

How do we pay should we decide to reserve a week?

Payment is be check. We require a $450.00 deposit to hold your week with the balance of your rent and a $300.00 security deposit due upon arrival at the cottage.

What time should we plan to arrive and depart the cottage?

Move-out is promptly at 9:30am with move-in scheduled for 10:00am.

Who provides the linens?

Linens are provided by the renter, bed configurations are two (2) queens and one (1) twin.

Who cleans the cottage?

We insure the cottage is clean prior to your arrival and it's your responsibility to leave the cottage clean upon your departure. Cleaning supplies are provided.
